- The Student Support Unit was established on the 22nd of April, 2008 according to a decision made by the Dean of the College.
- The Student Support Unit (SSU) works in collaboration with all departments and units of the Medical College at King Abdulaziz University to provide the students with an integrated and safe environment to make their academic experience successful and to enhance their expertise.
- SSU provides direct services to students through the development of programs based on the "student's perspective". These programs aim to create a structured student-centered system that identifies and responds to the needs of students. In addition, it offers services such as individual counseling, group counseling and seminars for students and faculty.
